3. Consult with us as needed.
Throughout the process, you will easily be able to schedule a time a phone call with an attorney (you can also come to our office if you prefer). If you have questions about your trademark, trademarks in general or just want to know how the process works, we are happy to speak with you at any time.
4. We file and track your trademark application.
Once we have completed any searches and prepared your trademark application, we will send it to you for approval. After that, we will file your trademark application and track it using our trademark docketing system. If anything comes up, we will know right away.
