Strategic Guidance
When you join our subscription legal services, we will provide you with an ongoing legal assessment to determine your legal needs in a variety of areas: contracts, business formation, intellectual property, trademarks, and more. We will help you understand what it takes do things right and then help you come up with a plan to do those things.
Unlimited Phone Calls
Members can easily schedule phone calls with an attorney using our convenient member portal. This is great for those times when you have a legal question or you are doing something new in your business and want to make sure that you are doing things by the book.
Unlimited Document Reviews
If someone sends you a legal document and you aren’t sure about signing it, send it to us. In about 3 business days we will review the document and go over it with you, alerting you to any red flags or things that could be improved in your favor.
